Slice of Life | Gallagher Ridge Road

When UdeM is on the road, we can watch the matches online. Tonight the girls were in Fredericton for a game against UNB and our neighbor, Victoria, plays for them. It's interesting that there are three AUS volleyball players from Gallagher Ridge Road!

Vic, older than the girls, is an extraordinary and humble player. In her first year, she was awarded the AUS Rookie of the Year! During tonight's match, the commentators started to talk about her as a player and how she was from Gallagher Ridge, NB.  They wondered where it was!

When Annie went to serve, they said, "I guess we should find out where Gallagher Ridge is, because Annie Druart is from there as well!" You can imagine their surprise when they noticed the same for Eliza!

Someone listening texted information to them and they learned it was located outside of Moncton. They then said things like, "Gallagher Ridge is a hotbed for volleyball players. We need to talk to their mayor to see how they do it!"

It was a lot of fun to hear them talking about our little country road!
