I am so thankful that the Bible doesn't say this...
The Lord your God isn't with you, he isn't mighty to save. He doesn't take great delight in you, he doesn't quiet you with his love, he doesn't rejoice over you with singing.
In Zephaniah 3:17, it says...
The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.
How wonderful it is to know...
God is with me.
He takes great delight in me.
He quiets me with his love.
He rejoices over me with singing.

Even though it was a rainy day, I went looking for yard sales with a friend. I found stuff for my classroom, such as books, wooden bowls and a huge box of Lego! (And I'm blaming her for the old trunk I brought home for $10! Wink!)
I love getting email and texts from our cousin, Glenda. They may include a family photo, memory, link to a movie review, news, and more.
Annie traveled with Uncle Dale and Aunt Karrilee to Beulah yesterday. She is having a wonderful weekend with everyone!

The next day Annie was called to start filling in at her old stomping ground, Lyons General Store.
.And then later that week, she received a call saying she got a summer position at Wawanesa! She started today. It is full time and pays well.

Ice packs for the swelling around my ears and neck have been so helpful these days.
We have after hour clinics with longer hours now and I was able to make an appointment easily.
Jim drove me to the clinic this morning.
I have another prescription for the sinus infection. I feel hopeful this one will get it.
Today was Victoria Day so there was no school.

Lisa and I spent the morning together at the NBTA meeting.
Uncle Dale drove Annie to her appointment.
Annie and Eliza helped Aunt Karrilee at the office.
Karrilee felt really good this week!
Eliza is training in Moncton this weekend.
We found some clothes at Frenchy's for Annie's new job.

Another great day with the Emergent Learner Focus Group! I'm so thankful to be a part of it with the district.
I'm grateful to have Ms. May supplying for me when I am out one-day-a-week with the focus group. My class is in good hands!
After school, we went to Fredericton for a soccer game. Ethan and I enjoyed travelling with teammate Ben and his mom, Barrie.
It was really hot today. 32 degrees! Summer is coming!

Came home to find Jim working on the lawn. What a difference seeing it all cleaned up after winter's wear and tear!
