My favorite Kijiji experience was the iPhone that never sold.
We had an old iPhone for sale on Kijiji. Countless emails. Countless no shows. Goodness gracious! While old with some glitches, the price was cheap for a working phone. We had it down to $40! It was getting annoying answering the same questions over and over when the information was clearly listed in the ad.
Then I remembered our friend, Rosita, was returning to Haiti.
The Iphone was an answer to prayer for her. It was exactly what she needed to connect with her family while she was in Haiti.
Then I understood why it never sold.
