Years ago, we heard a motivational speaker by the name of Charles Marcus. During the session with teachers, he shared how he used to stutter and he told a story that stuck with me.

When he was a young, he was a hair washer in a Vidal Sassoon salon. One day, after much preparation, the employees had an important visit from the founder. While he was there, Mr. Sassoon went to every employee and spoke to them. When he reached Charles, Charles started to stutter. And this was his response, "It's okay, young man. I have all the time in the world."
