A man out walking his dog came upon a woman sitting and petting an owl. It was in shock from hitting a downtown building. The man acted swiftly and contacted the Ottawa Valley Wild Bird Care Center. My cousin, Glenda, was involved in transporting the beautiful owl to the expert hands at the center.
