When you hear unusual sounds and smell smoke

and you go out on your porch and see this next door,

you alert the family and think about what you should gather.

We soon learned that a truck had

caught on fire when parked in the long grass.

We were thankful to hear everyone was okay.

We were also thankful that in this dry weather,

the fire did not travel to the trees.
