Slice of Life | Miles

Back in college, I traveled to Florida a few times to be with my cousin, Melodie and her family. On my first trip in 1989, Glenda, was visiting as well. She suggested we go to a concert together. I wasn't familiar with the musician at the time, but I was excited to go with her! While we were there, she told me to close my eyes and take it all in as we listened. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep! Yup! I fell asleep at a Miles Davis concert. Unbelievable.
