When I'm driving and someone lets me out or in their lane, I say "Thank you" and my kids always say, "They can't hear you, you know."
A little friend of mine, who is very busy, met with a guest and this was part of their conversation.
Mrs. L: What do you think you'll be when you grow up?
H: I don't know.
Mrs. L: Maybe you'll be a teacher when you grow up!
H: Oh no, it's too much work!
It gave her a good chuckle!

Doug Cochrane of Magnetic Hill School coached with excellence and made a difference in young athletes' lives. There are many volleyball players out there because of him! Presently, five of his middle school players are playing AUS volleyball with scholarships. They are Victoria Eadle (UNB), Eliza Druart (UdeM), Bethany Smith (SMU), Annie Druart (UdeM) and Katelyn Chapman (signed with UNB). Side note: Three of the girls are from Gallagher Ridge Road and another is from Catamount Road which is three minutes away. Good country air out here!
