day 15 | slice of life challenge

Looking for something to write about, I pulled out my notebook where I've written
things the kids have said or done over the years. I noticed this one tonight...

May 25, 2008
"When we're finally done school, we won't be kids anymore."
Annie (in tears)

...Annie was 10 years old.

  1. I love that you have stashed away their precious words. I find that sometimes they fade from memory but if they are archived somewhere then I can even seem to hear it being said. My friend uses a great app to post her kids cute sayings LittleHoots (I don't have an iphone or I would be using it too)

  2. Oh my goodness. This memory is so precious. What a great keepsake you have. I forget what they said but would love to go back and read it!!

  3. That is so sweet! What a great idea to write down their funny and serious comments. I wish I would have done this when my brain told me it would remember.... my brain let me down. :(
