TeamNB
Annie 16U Co-Captain
& Eliza 14U Captain

Annie and Eliza were both selected to play volleyball for New Brunswick this summer.
With players chosen from around the province, they went through a number of rigorous training sessions and over the long weekend, they competed in the Eastern Elite Championships in Moncton. Annie's 16U team played Nova Scotia in the finals and they have a silver this year! (Click for 2013.) Eliza's 14U team played in the 15U division and they zoomed past a number of older teams to place fourth overall! (Their Roofers teammates on the 15U team won the gold!) It was an exciting weekend of volleyball!

  1. I love watching volleyball but I was never any good at playing it! I love the celebratory looks on their faces. Team sports teach such great life lessons. So glad your girls had this experience.

  3. Love the looks on the girls' faces-so happy! Congratulations for such achievement! My daughter-in-law's sisters' girls are well into volleyball, one is on her way to college with a big scholarship for her play. From hearing about them, I now know it's a big, big deal.
