Coffee for Your Heart | Crazy

Today I found some old photos from a former grade 4 class, and laughed when I reread this entry in J's writer's notebook!

Then I noticed a connection to a recent note I received from one of my grade 2 students, and I laughed again!

I think they're trying to tell me something!

Moments like this remind me of the many reasons I love writing.

Words remind us, encourage us, and connect us.

Thank you for the smiles, J and G!

  1. Loralee, thank you for your thoughtful comments on on my blog recently. Yes, you are right, God IS SO GOOD!! :)
Love how you take these little strolls down memory lane and give thanks. Blessings, Becky

    1. Thank you, Becky! So much to be thankful for!

  2. As a recovering public school teacher, I totally get this. I took a class from a man named Gib Binnington once and he told us, "Make them think you're crazy and they'll leave you alone." What he meant with sarcastic humor is, "Make them think you're crazy about them and they will follow you anywhere." :)

    1. The beginning made me smile! I need to hear/read more of your story! :0)

Your explanation of Binnington's words made me smile too!

      Thank you for visiting!

  3. "Crazy" is quite a compliment. I like looking through old notes from students. They warm the heart.

Thank you for being here.
