  1. Loralee, it was fun to read your post and get to know more about you. You and I share the love of precious memories with our grandparents. Many of my stories on Merely Day by Day end up being about my grandparents who blessed me with many treasured moments to remember. I'm a little envious of your musical family. I can hardly carry a tune. Singing in church always made me a little nervous until my grandma said one day, "Give the Lord back what he gave you." We both laughed and I've been singing ever since.

Thank you so much for mentioning both blogs for the Sunshine Award. I am truly honored. Merely Day by Day is play place and it made me smile to see you take the time to list it.

    Smiles,
    Cathy
